  1. Changanya unga  Hamira, Samli, maji, kisha  vuruga kulainisha unga hadi uwe hauna madonge na mwepesi kiasi.

  1. Funika unga uumuke. Ukiuumuka (ukifura) choma kaimati katika mafuta ya moto.  

  1. Ziepue na zichuje mafuta.

  1. Weka kaimati katika bakuli au sahani kisha mwagia Shira  zikiwa tayari.

Zaafarani                                                     1 kijiko cha chai

Hiliki                                                             ¼ kijiko cha chai

Arki (rose flavour)                                        3-4 matone

  1. Roweka zaafarani katika kibakuli kwa maji ya moto kiasi ya vijiko 3 vya supu.

  1. Tia sukari na maji katika kisufuria kidogo, acha kwenye moto ichemke pole pole hadi iwe nzito kidogo.

  1. Tia zaafarani, hiliki na arki ikiwa tayari kumwagiwa juu ya kaimati.
