  1. Chemsha makaroni kama ilivyoelezwa katika paketi yake, chuja maji weka kando.

  1. Katakata vitunguu vipande vidogodogo (Chopped).  Saga thomu weka kando.

  1. Weka mafuta katika sufuria ndogo, kaanga vitunguu hadi vigeuke rangi kidogo, tia thomu kaanga tena kidogo.

  1. Tia nyama, pilipili manga, paprika, mdalasini, chumvi kaanga pamoja.

  1. Tia nyanya ilosagwa pamoja na nyanya kopo, endelea kukaanga. .

  1. Panga kawa/kombe (shells) za makaroni katika sahani kisha jaza ndani yake sosi ya nyama.

  1. Mwagia kiasi cha sosi ya bashamell na ukipenda sosi ya tomato (tomato sauce) ikiwa tayari kuliwa

1.      Weka siagi katika sufuria asha moto iyayuke
2.      Tia unga  kaanga kidogo ubadilike rangi unga uwe rangi ya hudhurungi   (light brown)
3.      Tia maziwa, koroga kwa mwiko wa kupigia mayai  usiache mkono, au tia katika mashine ya kusagia (blender) na usage ili uondoshe madonge. Ikiwa nzito sana ongeza maziwa.
