Namna Yakutayarisha

1.      Tia mafuta katika sufuria, kaanga kitungu, tia thomu na tangawizi kisha tia nyama ya kusaga vilevile mbichi wacha ikaangike kisha tia bizari zote isipokuwa sosi ya makaroni.
2.      Halafu tia sosi ya makaroni wacha ichemke mpaka sosi iwe mzito.

 1.      Tia unga katika sufuria siagi na mafuta kaanga kidogo .
2.      Tia maziwa koroga kwa mwiko  na usage ili uondoshe madonge mpaka uwe mzito kama uji.
 3.      Kisha tia mayonezi , pilipili manga na jibini ilikwanguliwa.

* Iwe kazi ya mwisho kutayarisha sosi, umwagie katika makoroni ukiwa tayari umeshapanga kila kitu.

Jibini zote ziwe zimekunwa (grated)
Jibini ya cheddar (cheddar cheese)                   200 – 250 gm

4-  Jibini iliyokunwa (shredded cheese)
5-  Mapilipili mboga ya rangi tofauti.

Kumalizia Kupika Makaroni

1.      Panga nusu makaroni katika bakuli au trea ya kupikia katika oveni.
2.      Tia nusu ya sosi ya nyama
3.      Tia nusu ya jibini iliyokunwa
4.      Tia tena makaroni yaliyobaki
5.      Malizia kwa kumwagia sosi ya bashamel hakikisha inaingia pande zote na ndani ya makaroni.
6.      Pambia kwa Mapilipili mboga yaliyokatwakatwa.
 7.      Malizia juu yake jibini iliyobaki
 8.      Tia kwenye oven kwa moto wa 350 ˚C kwa muda wa dakika 15 mpaka 20 mpaka jibini iyayuke
9.      Epua ikiwa tayari kuliwa.

      

Kidokezo:  Unaweza kutumia sosi ya pasta ya tayari ila uongeze nyama ya kusaga uliyoikausha kwa viungo.
