Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika Wali:

  1. Osha Mchele uroweke.
  2. Tia mafuta katika sufuria, kaanga tambi zilizokatwakatwa hadi zigeuke rangi kuwa nyekundu.
  3. Tia mchele endelea kukaanga kidogo.
  4. Tia maji kiasi cha wali kupikika kama unavyopika pilau. Kiasi cha maji kinategemea aina ya mchele
  5. Funika katika moto mdogo mdogo hadi uive ukiwa tayari.

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika Kuku

  1. Katika bakuli, changanya vitu vyote isipokuwa mtindi na kitunguu.
  2. Tia mafuta katika karai, kisha tia kitunguu ukaange muda mdogo tu, usikiache kugeuka rangi.
  3. Tia kuku na masala yake, endelea kukaanga, kisha tia mtindi au malai ufunike apikike na kuiva vizuri.
  4. Nyunyuzia kotmiri iliyokatwakatwa ikiwa tayari kuliwa na wali wa tambi.
